Schedule a move out by providing your move out notice 30days or more before your next bill is due.
This notice must be submitted in writing via text message to 817-500-0227 (from registered phone)
Tenants are required to provide the Facility with a minimum 30-day written notice prior to their next billing cycle that they will be vacating their storage unit.
Verbal move-out notices or in-person notifications will not be accepted.
The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that the Facility receives and acknowledges the 30-day written notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in additional charges and/or the continued billing of rent until the notice period has been satisfied.
